JOE'S BIO
Joseph Gaspare LoNigro grew up on Florida's Nature Coast in the small town of Weeki Wachee. He attended Springstead High School where he played baseball, was selected as Mr. Future Business Leader of America for both his county and district, and was voted by his senior class as "Best All Around Guy."
After attending The University of Tampa, Joe worked for WFLA television in Tampa, first as an Editor and then as Chief Editor before moving on to KCAL in Los Angeles California.
Joe then returned to Tampa's WFLA to produce a live Variety entertainment show called Harris and Company, which was broadcast everyday from Tampa's Busch Gardens theme park. After a few years the show moved its location from Busch Gardens to the Brandon Town Center Mall, where it continued its successful decade long run. Joe not only produced the program but became a popular comedic character who did crazy stunts and got into all kinds of trouble; becoming affectionately known as, "TV's Loveable Joe."
Joe has come full circle and returned to his hometown of Weeki Wachee where he now writes books and coaches baseball.
